Afternoon Tea Service
Our tea infused food menu is inspired by the traditional English style tea service however guests will learn to brew their tea in the eastern method of gong fu brewing. This fusion of tea cultures results in a delicious and interactive tea service experience.
Tea Blending
An interactive class where attendees learn about blending techniques and taste an assortment of teas and herbs. Guests then create their own unique blends with the tea leaves and herbs that inspire them.
Tea Tasting
A guided tasting of 5 unique loose leaf teas. Guests will learn to brew gong fu style and discuss a range of interesting tea topics.
