Afternoon Tea Service
Our tea infused food menu is inspired by the traditional English style tea service however guests will learn to brew their tea in the eastern method of gong fu brewing. This fusion of tea cultures results in a delicious and interactive tea service experience.
Tea Blending
An interactive class where attendees learn about blending techniques and taste an assortment of teas and herbs. Guests then create their own unique blends with the tea leaves and herbs that inspire them.
Tea and Literature Tasting Experience
During this unique event, we’ll taste five exceptional loose-leaf teas, explore the art of brewing Gong Fu style, and discuss the rich history, culture, and nuances of tea. Whether your group is reading a tea-themed book from our reading list or simply looking for a fresh way to connect, this experience is a wonderful way to deepen your appreciation of both tea and storytelling.
